Maybe not the worst, but will do until the worst comes along

Avoid this guy. From my perspective: did nothing more than go through the motions, file necessary paperwork, does minimal work, lets the insurance company run the show, and collects on whatever settlement is reached. Not at all responsive to my requests and thoughts on how to proceed with the cas...e. Every time I wanted to discuss case (which his office made difficult), had to wait so (my best guess) they could review my paperwork and even then showed little to no specific knowledge of the particulars of my case. Communication was terrible, with my frequently learning of developments from the insurance company's attorneys after choices had been made. There's lots of other Workers Comp attorneys and I suspect all of them are better.

I take personal responsibility that you were not given a timely appointment to speak with me. My office policy is to schedule appointments within one week of the request, and with rare exception, we are able to accomodate. As an attorney who handles Workers' Compensation, my schedule is busy, but I will always accomodate clients, no exception. Work Comp is a busy and complex process and often, clients need to speak to the attorney to answer questions. I hope this was just a misunderstanding. Great representation

I highly recommend this office. Mr. Dascanio and his team are very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with Mrs. Cobos, her compassion and ability to fight for me every step of the way. She cares about my well being and takes the time to answer all my questions. I am very satisfied with the doctors t...hey chose for me. After dealing with the insurance company and going nowhere I finally got the care I needed. I am about to settle my case and I could not be more pleased with the results.
