Help Unsuspend Clearance

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding work Ryan did in helping me regain my security clearance. His expertise and dedication were evident from our first meeting, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. Ryan’s deep understanding of security clearance processes... and his strategic approach to my case were instrumental in navigating the complexities involved. He meticulously prepared and presented a compelling case that highlighted my qualifications and commitment, addressing every concern with precision and clarity. Throughout the process, Ryan was always available to answer my questions, provide updates, and offer reassurance. His professionalism and clear communication made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I always felt confident knowing he was advocating on my behalf. Thanks to Ryan’s hard work and unwavering support, I am now able to continue my career without the burden of clearance issues. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone facing similar challenges. His expertise, dedication, and client-focused approach are truly exceptional. Thank you, Ryan, for your outstanding service and for making a significant positive impact on my career and future.

SF85 Investigation Concern - Statement of Reasoning (SOR) Response

Ryan and his support team did fantastic for me. After a misunderstanding on the SF85 submittal, my local Security Officer was going to take away my CAG card privileges. After getting my feedback, he and his team drafted a response SOR and submitted it to that Security Officer, and afterward; the de...cision was made not to take that privilege away.

Saved my clearance

When my 5-star written response to my SOR failed I saw no path to getting my clearance approved. I was referred to Ryan and he systematically paved the way towards full mitigation, assigning me a pile of useful tasks for exhibits and preparing me for my hearing. With Ryan I felt I had the best poss...ible chance for getting a favorable outcome.

Security Clearance Mitigated, Clearance Granted

After a very long and stressful investigation for my TS Clearance, I learned this morning that my Clearance has been granted. I was facing the loss of my existing DOD Secret Clearance, and I turned to Ryan for help. I followed his advice, and he did a masterful job of presenting a case that the com...mon sense application of the "whole person" concept allowed for only one conclusion - the granting of my clearance. Fortunately, the Judge agreed. I'd advise anyone in this situation to not try and do this alone, with your career and livelihood at stake. I'm not sure there is a better resource than Ryan to help you navigate this extremely difficult terrain.

Security Clearance Reinstated & Back to Full Duty

I am now convinced that if it wasn't for Mr. Ryan Nerney, I would have been forced to retire and throw away a 30-year career. This is a well-organized law firm that knows what they are doing, and they do it exceptionally well. Their knowhow kept me calm because they had everything under control. R...yan is extremely knowledgeable, strategic and effective. He is articulate, friendly and truly a no-nonsense professional. Thank you so much, Ryan..
