After my divorce, dealing with false allegations and seeing a counselor because my divorce attorney thought it would help with my judges, a gal at the Army decided to go after my clearance because the opportunity presented. By myself I knocked the government down from 100 issues, to 40 and then to 1...2, at which point I contacted Tully Rinckey (based on reviews regarding security clearances.) Ryan was assigned to me after the initial reviews and we got the 12 issues down to 4 and then, after waiting 2 years, the judge listened to what we had to say and ruled for me on all 4 counts. One big key to winning was following the advice of attorneys to see another shrink to counter the ignorant evaluation of the government shrink. I don't like shrinks. Don't believe in them and thought seeing another was silly, but it was that 2nd shrink that turned it. (By the way, it turns out you do NOT have to see a government shrink, which I would have known if I had hired these attorneys the moment the government started going after my clearance. Also, it is worth noting that it was July of 2017 that the whole thing started and it didn't truly end until June of 2022! I hired these guys right at the start of 2020.)

I was facing some serious concerns with regards to obtaining a security clearance and being able to keep my job.
