I used Jason Smith to stop forclosure on my home 12 months ago through a third party. All fees were paid upfront. There was no attempt to get TRO on the selling of my home while loan modification was addressed. I was told that there was not enough time to stop forclosure on my home which I feel w...as known before I invested my money on the fees. I made numerous attempts to get updates regarding my case and just got the run around. Mutiple submissions of required paperwork etc. I was told to hang in there and be patient. When all was said and done it cost me 2250 dollars to have my home forclosed on which would have happened for free. The response was it is not garanteed that there would be a loan modification. I understand that however if it was too late to stop the foreclosure I should have been told that up front instead of being given the runaround and my money should not been taken.

I continue using Jason A Smith Law for my modifications. I have worked with them for over a year and compared to others I have used he actually gets the job done. Sometimes it takes a while but finishes what he says he can do. I trust him and his firm for my personal as well as clients modifications....
