I paid $1,895 to Michael S. Duggan who said to be working with the company name Credits Best Solutions to stop foreclosure on my house.Michael said his team would conduct a “mortgage violation audit” in which they would review loan documents to find bank violations and promised they would stop the fo...reclosure. I sent him all the docs. He demanded further $1,500 to pay to the attorney, Jason Allan Smith who was going to review my foreclosure file. After a debate and hearing lot of promises from Michael and Jason, I paid another $1,500. None of them did any work on my file. They did not even answer my phone calls after getting my $3,395. Occasionally, when Jason did answer he would come up with some excuses like he contacted the opposite side’s attorney but got no response! Of course, my house was foreclosed. Instead of stopping the foreclosure these guys shoved me into eviction. Surprisingly, Michael demanded another $900 to stop eviction!! Stay away from these thieves.

Can't believe he can still practice. Took my $2,000 and disappeared. Doesn't answer phone calls or emails. Or when he answers an email it is 10 words or less saying "Lets talk" but he doesn't answer his phone. Had his assistant call me twice and when I redialed the # automatically it was for another ...company...she had called me from her other job!

I used Jason Smith to stop forclosure on my home 12 months ago through a third party. All fees were paid upfront. There was no attempt to get TRO on the selling of my home while loan modification was addressed. I was told that there was not enough time to stop forclosure on my home which I feel w...as known before I invested my money on the fees. I made numerous attempts to get updates regarding my case and just got the run around. Mutiple submissions of required paperwork etc. I was told to hang in there and be patient. When all was said and done it cost me 2250 dollars to have my home forclosed on which would have happened for free. The response was it is not garanteed that there would be a loan modification. I understand that however if it was too late to stop the foreclosure I should have been told that up front instead of being given the runaround and my money should not been taken.
