I was referred to Jason who initiated the process. I sent a $3650 money order for his help in getting a loan modification on my upsidedown loan and didn't hear back for 1.5 months. I had to email daily/weekly for updates to get their attention and paid an additional $400 appraisal fee to one of his... vendors to "guarantee" the loan modification.
