Stay away - I am amazed he is still in business

I paid $1,895 to Michael S. Duggan who said to be working with the company name Credits Best Solutions to stop foreclosure on my house.Michael said his team would conduct a “mortgage violation audit” in which they would review loan documents to find bank violations and promised they would stop the fo...reclosure. I sent him all the docs. He demanded further $1,500 to pay to the attorney, Jason Allan Smith who was going to review my foreclosure file. After a debate and hearing lot of promises from Michael and Jason, I paid another $1,500. None of them did any work on my file. They did not even answer my phone calls after getting my $3,395. Occasionally, when Jason did answer he would come up with some excuses like he contacted the opposite side’s attorney but got no response! Of course, my house was foreclosed. Instead of stopping the foreclosure these guys shoved me into eviction. Surprisingly, Michael demanded another $900 to stop eviction!! Stay away from these thieves.

Not worth the time and money.

Hired Jason early 2011 to file chapter 7 for me and after paying him, he never showed in court to represent me on the hearing date, and worst of all never turned in my completion of financial class certificate which made my case close in Jan. 2012 without discharge. I found out about the case being ...closed without a discharge in Aug. 2013 and when I called him back he never answered. I had to file a motion on my BK case in Jan. 2014 and show the court the certificate of completion dated 2011 and the case was closed with a discharge in a matter of 1 week.

A thief, he should be in jail

Can't believe he can still practice. Took my $2,000 and disappeared. Doesn't answer phone calls or emails. Or when he answers an email it is 10 words or less saying "Lets talk" but he doesn't answer his phone. Had his assistant call me twice and when I redialed the # automatically it was for another ...company...she had called me from her other job!

Take the money and run...

Took the money and ran. I cannot reach him by phone, email, msg...He was supposed to file chp 7 for me 2 months ago. I gave him money for it up front and still no filing.

Money Gone, Lawyer Gone.

Took my money and disappeared. Left many messages for him in all forms... email, voicemail on cell phone, text message, voicemail on office phone. I am extremely upset and don't know what to do.
