Don't use Jason Smith
Buyer beware. Jason Smith gladly took my money up front but then all but disappeared. I received virtually no assistance from them in getting my mortgage re-modification. Thanks to them, I am literally in a much worse position than if I had never used them at all.

Don't use this him
Do not waste your money. They promise you the world and say for sure they at least get you a lower % rate. They are slow to respond and then come back and say, "Sorry, you didn't qualify for program". That's it, now they don't return calls and move on to their next victims.

Waste of Time and Money
Made promises to get a loan modification in a 60-90 day window. We are still waiting after a year. Save your money and do it your self. Someone will sue this firm!!
