Don't use Jason Smith
Buyer beware. Jason Smith gladly took my money up front but then all but disappeared. I received virtually no assistance from them in getting my mortgage re-modification. Thanks to them, I am literally in a much worse position than if I had never used them at all.

I was referred to Jason who initiated the process. I sent a $3650 money order for his help in getting a loan modification on my upsidedown loan and didn't hear back for 1.5 months. Excellent work and service
I hired Mr. Smith to represent me in an action with my mortgage lender, and he did a wonderful job. I don't believe I would still own my home today without his firm. Highly recommended!

Don't use this him
Do not waste your money. They promise you the world and say for sure they at least get you a lower % rate. They are slow to respond and then come back and say, "Sorry, you didn't qualify for program". That's it, now they don't return calls and move on to their next victims.
