Untrustworthy Law Firm

Conniving and condescending law firm in regards to race discrimination cases; it offends them. I reached out to Mr. Sessions for representation in my case, in which he passed me off to Larry Herrera and stated that they're going to help me in my matter. Do not go here seeking any help if you've exper...ienced employment discrimination because of your race. Herrera claims that he likes working on discrimination cases in protected categories such as their age, gender, disability or sexual orientation, but he purposely, deliberately, and intentionally failed to mention the category in regards to racial discrimination, which is the one main category that this country experience the highest rated issues in the most! Herrera pretended to be interested in my case after I sent him a detailed outline of events. He arranged to speak with me over the phone in regards to my case just to pry sensitive information out of me in regards to my case and he spoke to me in a condescending, derogatory, and cult manner, as if he had a guilt complex against my racial discrimination case.

Exceptional Experience

Very impressive employee advocates at Sessions & Kimball. I was referred to Don Sessions through a mutual acquaintance. Don and his team worked hard for me. They kept me informed every step of the way. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and would highly recommend Don Sessions to anyone lo...oking for an employee rights attorney.

#1 Employee Rights Attorney

Don Sessions and his firm represented me in a case involving wrongful termination and violations of ADA {Americans with Disabilities ACT}. He and his firm were always professional, brilliant strategists, and fierce advocates for my case. His knowledge, expertise, and preparations are exquisite.

Thanks a million

Prior to meeting Don, I interviewed several attorneys that wanted to take on my case but had no employee rights experience and wanted a large deposit to handle my case. I was then referred to Don Sessions through a mutual party as somone with a great deal of experience dealing with employee rights..... In my first interview, Don gave me expert advice providing me step by step plan on how we could proceed with a probable outcome. This built immediate confidence that I had right person representing me since I had no plan or clue on my next steps prior to this meeting. In a short period of time through a series of interviews, Don was able to get a settlement which exceeded my expectations. I also might add that along the way, Don kept me updated on the status of on going dialog between he and the opposing legal team. This helped me feel more comfortable through this difficult time. Don did a fantastic job representing me. I would recommend him and his team to anyone needing an expert related to wrongful termination HR related issues. Regards, BK

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
