As former Deputy District Attorney, I handle criminal defense matters, including domestic violence. I can anticipate arguments from the defense and victim's perspectives which allows me to provide the most precise case plan because our call of action is clear in an area that involves grey matter where often victims become suspects and vice-versa. They don't play. THEY GET IT DONE!!! We won! Honestly, I do not even know where to start. Attorney Miller and her law firm team completely changed my life by winning in my Domestic Violence Restraining Order case! Tracy's dual representation of both criminals and victims was key to the success ...of my case because she quickly sized up the daunting opposing counsel, knowing his playbook due to her ability to assess both points-of-view. Came Highly Recommended & Was Worth Every $

After my first phone conversation with Tracy during our initial consultation I knew why my family law attorney had said “if a loved one was in your position I would tell them to hire Tracy Miller” As soon as I hired Tracy, her and her team got right to work on my behalf by reaching out to the plai...ntiff’s attorney on record regarding a TRO filed in family court and reaching out to the DA regarding the status of a possible criminal case. Tracy Miller’s team was meticulous in requesting information from my self, the sheriff’s department, the DA’s office and the plaintiff in the civil matter. Everyone in the office is competent, efficient and prompt - as a business owner and operator I was very impressed with their service. Once Tracy was armed with all the information she explained to me my options and the strategy we would use to proceed in my civil case case. Most importantly she defined what success would be which in my case would be to not testify or give any statement in regards to the TRO in civil court because any statement by myself could be used against me if the DA would decide to prosecute me within the statute of limitation from my arrest. That said we succeeded and surpassed expectations. Tracy suggested we depose the plaintiff and anyone that was on the plaintiff’s witness list. Before the deposition of the plaintiff there was no negotiations to be had but before Tracy was done the plaintiff’s attorney asked for a break and to continue the deposition on future date due to the length of the deposition. Tracy used all the information I gave her during our hours of conversation preparing for this to find the holes in the plaintiff’s story. (I was delighted when I read the transcript of the deposition) Next business day we received an offer from the plaintiff which we countered and subsequently settled with terms that dismissed the TRO and the request for a PRO with prejudice. I’m very happy I hired Tracy and, I’m very grateful to her and her amazing team!

If you are served with a restraining order, your first and only call should be to Tracy Miller and her team of attorneys and paralegals at Domestic Violence Legal Center ®. Trust me when I say they are well worth it. Other attorneys I spoke to did not have the experience, oversimplified the restrai...ning order process and wanted me to give up my rights before I even went to Court. Tracy and her team guided and protected me throughout each and every legal procedure, and they understood the intricacies of the restraining order process better than anyone I met. Tracy’s experience in family law is extensive, and she will use it to defend you during what will be one of the most crucial events of your life. For my case in particular, Tracy and her team understood what needed to be done to protect my future. I had devoted my entire life to building up a solid career and associated lifestyle, but the TRO I received put everything in jeopardy including my job, professional licenses, future earnings potential and the ability to achieve certain personal goals. Tracy and her team were very strategic, detail oriented and extraordinarily knowledgeable in their approach to handling my case. They were also responsive, involved and professional in their legal counsel making sure to calmly and carefully advise me on how to move forward. As a result of their thoughtful, strategic and diligent efforts, my case was ultimately dismissed, and I was able to get my life back and save my future.
