Biography
With my extensive court and trial experience, I handle all aspects of divorce: child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, community property, complex financial issues and extensive property separation issues, domestic violence restraining orders, and contempts. I specialize in working with complex family matters as well as straightforward family law cases, including pre-and postnuptial agreements.
In addition to my experience inside the courtroom, I am also highly experienced in helping divorcing couples reach agreements outside the court through a process called mediation. As a trained, certified family law mediator, I excel in helping parties work through their issues to come up with solutions that work best for their families so that they can minimize the time, expense, and emotion involved in a divorce. Laura was awesome!
