Jonathan is outstanding! I was in trouble with a 2nd DUI with a high BAC. I was scared and nervous about jail time. Being a single parent of two children with a high profile job, I wanted to avoid jail at all cost. From the moment I spoke with him I knew he was my guy. Jonathan was my lawyer following my DUI, and after I had moved out of state. I was unable to complete all of my community service in the alloted time and he was able to make a deal with my judge that was very do-able. After that I had some issues with my alcohol program, and had a warrant out for my... arrest. Jonathan was able to get the warrant recalled and I am able to complete my out of state classes with zero jail time! He is very reasonable on prices, but most importantly, he kept constant communication! When trusting someone with my life (more of less) I prefer prompt communication and he was able to do that and more. If you need an attorney I would highly recommend Jonathan for a defense.

I picked up a 2nd DUI in August 2016 like an idiot. I was scared, thought my life was over, and didnt know what to do. Back in July 2016 I got arrested for a 3rd DUI, while I was on probation for the first two and a warrant for not completing the requirements of my 2nd. I bailed out and didn't know what to do. After contacting the Aspen Law Group, Mr. Reza got assigned to my case. After the arraignment I began ...going to AA classes and slapped on an ankle bracelet. My case was not good, the video and BAC tests were all against me and I was facing a minimum 120 days. He was able to cut me a deal to where I served 30 actual days in county and 90 on CPAC but I would have to waive my halftime credits. Initially I took the deal hoping it would save my job. Unfortunately, it didn't and I was terminated. After serving about three weeks, I contacted Johnathan from county and requested to have my halftime credits reinstated. He got it done and I was released after serving 33 actual days in county jail. No CPAC just done with all my time served. 33 days for a 3rd DUI! Throughout the entire process, Mr. Reza was professional, personable, and honest. He was easy to get a hold of and answered all my calls, emails, and texts promptly. He is an exceptional lawyer and I'm glad he represented me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services. Thought I hope I never have to, if I did have the need, I wouldn't think twice about who to call.

I got my 2nd DUI while I was still on probation. I was pretty freaked out and knew I had to hire an attorney immediately. When I called the law firm, I ended up talking with Jonathan, he was exactly what I needed as I was a real "Nervous Nelly."I had no idea what was going on or what I was facing, no...r any clue what to do. He calmed me down, totally listened to me and ask me questions, gave me guidance and reassurance, also made me go from crying to laughing by the end of our first conversation. He recommended that I go to 2 AA's a week, enroll in the DUI program and get that stupid SCRAM bracelet on. I hated it but it worked! It actually helped me to quit drinking, and now I am a member of AA with 6 months sober. I just never want to lose so much money over alcohol and bad decisions again! I was looking at possibly 60-90 days in LA County jail (not a fun place) and whatever else the DA decided. Jonathan was able to get me only 15 days and add 4 for fines. So my fine went from $2,800 to $300. He also recommended surrendering on the busy New Years weekend so I would serve less jail time due to overcrowding. Well he was right! I went in at 8:30am and was out the next day in time for NYE, out by 7pm! Jonathan is a great lawyer and super friendly and supportive, not like a lot of other attorneys out there. I keep hearing horror stories from my classmates in dui school. I would definitely recommend this guy for anyone in trouble!
