Saved my life kept me out of prison. A great lawyer

I was a goner it was a situation that justly put wasn't avoidable, somebody got hurt in the mix of a search and I was trying to get out of it so search and seizure rights I was trying to play them I was on probation so it was over and I I just didn't want to go to jail it was like 4th of July weekend... my lying and even though I didn't do the actual allegation which was assault with a Gbi (which I am very sorry for I have since had my finger broken it isn't especially the power of the officer that was holding me he was a tank, no fun thank you for your service guys) . I've got a laundry list of charges from before that drug charges and domestic not domestic disputes but a battery charge and that was BS as well the guy that jumped in front of my car he actually called and apologized when he was in the alcoholics anonymous program to do make amends told me he purchased a house with what my insurance paid him they wouldn't have paid s*** if they knew he did it on purpose but oh well he said I'm sorry bro well I forgave him. Dr Rudy lowenstein is absolutely great attorney very professional hired him 3 times, you could tell when you talk to him that HE'S GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF ANYBODY CAN GET YOU A LESS OR FAIRER PUNISHMENT, EXONERATED OR DISMISSED. Should have reviewed years ago.

An Expert in Criminal Law and A Gifted Advocate

I strongly recommend retaining Rudy. He is an expert in criminal law and a gifted advocate with keen instincts. In addition to that, he is very personable, responsive, and really cares about his clients. Rudy is an outstanding attorney and achieved a fantastic result in my case!

Well he sure was good in the beginning but wait until you hear how it ended!

So first off my family (parents) hired him to represent me and at first he was great met him one time and then he passed his honestly I have nothing but just praise for his late assistant Jeremy. He was the most down to earth hard working guys (specifically talking about Jeremy not Rudy here) anyway ...once Rudy stepped back in as lead in my case I needed to get a couple things done like get multiple cell phones recovered etc. well I’m on probation and I get arrested, on top of the $25,000 he charged my parents he asked for ANOTHER $5,000 and not only did he not show up to the first court hearing, the next day (it was re-scheduled for him) he comes in and does literally nothing and I got the normal 60 days w/ half PLUS an ankle monitor tacked on. So ya anyway fast forward and I’m trying to get my cell phones back so I text him asking him if I can get them back we chatted on the phone and this seemed to be a very big deal for him to submit s return of property for my iPhone 10s and 11s 2 were a week old. So he negotiated that he would only do 2 return of properties because one wasn’t an iPhone and the other the screen was cracked (so minus ~$1,500 for losing 2 phones) and when we were trying to get them back he said he needs my passcode. I didn’t know the code to the phone he didn’t even know which phone it was (not his fault) so I told him it could be any of and I gave him 2 or 3. About a week later he tells me they don’t work the passwords. I replied ok it has to be this code or this code but I’m quite sure it’s this code. His reply verbatim “ I’m done with trying to fix your phone issue. Your passwords don’t work and I am not spending anymore time on it.” Anyway I was shocked by that so pretty much was done with him but couldn’t hire a new lawyer cause he had already charged us $30,000 he ended up giving me the detectives number and basically said good luck. I got my phone (only one) back so far. Honestly in my opinion don’t waste a single dollar hiring this guy, find someone else who will work hard for your hard earned money because in my opinion he did not do that at all here. Lastly, I recently texted him about getting my ankle monitor removed. No reply ever not a single thing. Take this for how it is, if I had to do it again I would find a different lawyer.

Smart, aggressive, no-BS

Rudy was one of the first lawyers we meet with when our son was arrested. He was very knowledgeable, open and honest. He also referred us to an excellent education lawyer. We were very impressed by Rudy, and would highly recommend him.
