I wish I could leave 10 stars! Mr. Reza was so beyond professional and competent. He first answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. What a journey I experienced over the last 2 years. However if it wasn’t for Jonathan and his team I wouldn’t know where I’d be right now. Thanks to his team I was able to have my felony charges removed. I am not a citizen of the US. I have a green card (resident) and he was still able to help me! I was arrested for a repeat offender second DUI charge in early 2019. My first instinct was to call the lawyer that defended me 8 years prior for the first DUI. After 4 days of trying to get ahold of my first attorney and about 10 red flags later, he would not discuss anything about my case without... a retainer. Over those 4 days, i had spent most of that time researching other attorneys when I happened upon Jonathan’s information. After initially reading his website, I spent the next day or so scrutinizing every word and every review thinking to myself “this guy can’t be real”. Jonathan had called me a day later and spent an hour on the phone with me walking me through my case, finding out who i was as a person and advising on all of the initial things i needed to start on to show the court that i was taking responsibility for the DUI. All without a retainer. We set a meeting and had spoken a few more times before that. However, when i walked into his office, there was no doubt in my mind that i was not going to retain Jonathan for my defense. During the course of my case, I did not have to appear until the final court date. Jonathan is very professional and straight forward. Not one circumstance was sugarcoated, which terrified me, but was appreciated for the honesty and helped me prepare for what may have happened. At the end of my case, Jonathan was a superhero! He got me into a diversion program that once completed will keep me from having a conviction on my record. No jail time which is mandatory for second offense DUIs. Court did not take action against my driving privileges. However, i did serve a 90 day suspension from the DMV. For the poor situation i had gotten myself into, Jonathan had gone above and beyond for me to help me keep my job, my license, a conviction off of my record and ultimately keep my life together. If anyone has found their way into a DUI, no need to look any further for an attorney. Jonathan has proven himself and shoots for the moon with his clients.
