About Jonathan
Biography
I went to law school at one of our nation's finest schools at the University of California at Irvine, where I took advanced courses in criminal law and procedure. I believe everyone deserves a complete defense. I believe in helping my clients address not only their legal problems, but all the complications they can cause. Since 2011 I have worked on cases ranging from petty theft to murder. I interned with the Orange County Public Defender's office, assisting with a range of matters at various stages of a case. This included helping indigent clients file for expungements at no cost as part of their "New Leaf" program. In 2016 I began working for one of California's top DUI defense firms. For two years I worked tirelessly on the most serious DUI cases, ranging from first offense DUI's to vehicular manslaughter and DUI murder. Since January of 2018 I have opened my own practice so that I can better cater to my clients on their terms. I am trial tested across a range of cases. As parft of my commitment to clients I don't believe in screening calls, or making clients speak to assistants and receptionists. I believe every client deserves to have an attentive and aggressive attorney. I understand being charged with a crime is scary. I personally handle each and every case that comes across my desk. I never have another attorney handle my cases.
