with kindness, caring,and compassion

I found James Bergener name as I walked through the yellow pages, I was impressed with what I read in the ad, made an initial call, was greeted on the phone with kindness, caring and compassion the next day had someone in my home getting details and information needed to get my case started, also was... given a contact person which was nice because I would contact just one person making it easier for all concerned, because of the complexity of my case, at the close of my case was I given a surprising gift. I would like to thank each and every person who assisted James on my case, from the initial phone call, to the investigator who came to my home to James of course and all his Team for assisting him to victory. thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Professional and thorough

They helped me every step of the way. Set up physician appointments for me as well as physical therapy, I never had to pay out of pocket for anything and I was given great medical care. I was kept up to date on how my case way going. My medical bills were paid and I got far more than I expected for m...y case after all the medical providers were compensated. I would highly recommend James Bergener to friends and family if they ever need a personal injury attorney.

Settled my claim after liability was denied.

I was hit by a delivery car making a left hand turn. The accident totaled my car and I was taken to the hospital. Even though the police report said it was their fault, the insurance company refused liability. After a few weeks of struggling with them I found Mr. Bergener on the internet. I really wi...sh I had called him earlier. After a week the insurance company accepted responsibility. Now I tell everyone who's been in an accident to hire an attorney right away. But I am very greatful to Mr. Bergener and his whole firm for taking charge and getting me a good settlement. I know it would have been hard or impossible without them.

James Bergener was Great!

I called Bergener & Associates after an accident and it was the best thing I've ever done. Insurance wasn't even offering enough to cover my medical expenses and lost wages, but after Mr. Bergener got involved, my insurance company actually started working for me! Bergener & Associates got me what I ...deserved, I would recommend them anyone in need of a personal injury attorney.

Did a great job!

I had a exquisite experience with each the lawyers and group of workers of the James. I had a small case and did now not expect a big agreement but they made certain to communicate with me at some stage in the whole technique and I ended up with a ways extra than I ever expected.
