Grandparents rights

Mr. Bledsoe assisted us in getting custody of our granddaughter. She was with her birth parents and the situation was not where any child should be. Other attorneys had told us it would be almost impossible to get custody from birth parents. Mr. Bledsoe fought hard and really new the law. He assure...d us that grandparents do have rights, especially when it is in the best interest of the child. We are so very grateful to Mr. Bledsoe for all he did in getting us full custody of our granddaughter. He was always there for us and we would recommend him highly to anyone that needs a honest and hardworking attorney.

Excellent Attorney

John Bledsoe helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I will always be grateful for everything he did for me. He is the most caring, kind & understanding person who truly helps people who need expert results.

Amazing Representation

Mr. Bledsoe was very professional in handling my case. He was able to get my support payments from my x-husband increased and he know my case inside and out. He is an expert in the financial area. I am so pleased with the results.

I got to move away with my children

I was in a desperate situation with a controlling ex-husband who lived out of the Country part time and had convinced the judge that I should not be able to move to be near my family. My previous attorney had little success. Mr. Bledsoe came on the case. We had a trial. He was very strong and I could... tell that the judge listened to him. Mr. Bledsoe destroyed my ex on his cross examination of him. The next thing I knew I was allowed to move with my children where I could be near to my extended family. I would recommend John and his staff.

Attentive, Thorough and Knowledgeable

John has gone above and beyond to help me in a very difficult case. The judicial system for the divorce process can be very slow and difficult and John has made sure to be there at every step not only for legal advice and action, but also to be supportive as a human being. His entire office is extrem...ely responsive and diligent. I never felt out of the loop and whenever I had a question, they were there to give me an answer.
