I cannot say enough good things about John Bledsoe who represented me in two civil actions against a very corrupt HOA who were systemically ousting legitimate senior homeowners from their senior park, taking over and selling the homes , unlawfully laundering all the proceeds from the sales as self ap...pointed board members . John relentlessly took them one by one in courtnperjuring everyone who lied on behalf of the board and won with the trial judge admonishing the Park ATTY's and witnesses as using unclean hands lying witnesses altered evidence to illegally oust disabled seniors. Johns fees were extremely fair and honest. He even included another abused and indigent, senior lady in my suit winning justice for both of us without demanding unfair fees. I got an advertisement in the mail from Mr. Bledsoe. I called his office and they told me to come in for a free consultation. I was already 3 years into my divorce at this point and I was hiring him to wrap things up. John assured me all my problems would be solved by hiring him. Told me everything... I wanted to hear. After that free consultation I hired John. That was the last time I spoke to Mr. Bledsoe. For the next couple months his assistant would shoot me emails letting me know what I had to get him. Never any help or explanation from John about my case. A couple months go by with absolutely nothing getting accomplished other than my retainer being eaten up. We get to my court date and Johns assistant calls me the day before and tells me my retainer is all gone and I will need to give them more money for him to represent me on my court date. I don't believe he had any idea what was even going on in my case. He decided to go to court with me but once we got there all we talked about is how much money I can give him to re-up my retainer. He gave me a pile of documents and told me to see if I can find something:). That's the only case advice I received from him. I had two lawyers during this process. The first was very good, should have called him again. If you want to waste time and a ton of money call John. If you want a lawyer that will put effort and communicate with you during your divorce. Do not call Mr. Bledsoe. *He also billed me for that free consultation so watch for that if you make the mistake.
