Daniel Curtis McCammon

Daniel was able to get my case dismissed in California and keep it in Missouri as it should be! He is a smart attorney that knew the right strategy to win our case. I was in a unique situation with the court when I reached out to Attorney Daniel C. McCammon. My wife and I had already had our judgement entered and signed by the judge. He was able to get an ex-parte hearing which was able to be put on calendar the very next day. The paperwork that he wrote up in defense of our marriage and explanation of request to set aside judgement and dismiss the case was very well thought out and explained to us in detail. He also took the time to explain to both of us, what exactly this dismissal meant, and the legal implications (basically starting from scratch) if we were not 100% on our decision. He did it!! Within 10 days from my initial call, the entire judgement was set aside and the case was dismissed. I recieved a phone call from my Ex’s Lawyer and they informed me I was to be in court 2 days later.
