Alarming Deficiencies in Basic Legal Skills

Ms. Alparce's qualifications raise significant concerns regarding her competence. In California, all attorneys are required to pass the California Bar Examination to practice law. It is perplexing how she has achieved this status, given her apparent deficiencies in legal reasoning and comprehension. ... There seems to be a notable deficiency in her reading and comprehension abilities, which may not even meet the expected standards of a high school graduate. This inadequacy is particularly alarming for a legal professional, as accurate interpretation of legal texts and statutes is fundamental to effective legal practice. While her services are economically priced, they appear to lack the necessary depth and expertise required for effective legal representation. The primary service she provides involves sending threatening letters, which may demonstrate a willingness to engage in aggressive legal tactics. However, the issue arises when substantive legal action is required. A critical shortcoming of this attorney is her inability to manage ongoing cases effectively. There have been instances where she has confused various cases, leading to potential misrepresentation of facts and legal principles. This not only undermines her credibility but also places clients at risk of adverse legal outcomes. In summary, the attorney's performance warrants serious scrutiny due to her questionable qualifications, insufficient reading comprehension, and inadequate case management skills. Clients seeking competent legal representation may wish to consider other options before proceeding with her services.

Review of Legal Competence and Ethical Conduct

It is evident that the individual in question lacks the requisite skills to read, write, or engage in debate at a high school proficiency level. Nevertheless, she utilizes the services of an assistant to fulfill these tasks. It is pertinent to note that this assistant has a documented history reflect...ing ineligibility to practice law in California due to disciplinary actions taken against him in relation to his conduct with a former paying client. For verification, the following case numbers reference the Notice of Disciplinary Charges: 05-O-04235 and 05-O-04732. I encourage a thorough review of this information online for further details regarding the assistant's professional conduct.

She needs help reading plain English

When your lawyer charged you a hefty fee for 'preparation', does that 'preparation' include the reading of the contract involved? I thought so but I was wrong. The more unbelievable part is, she need the tutoring of the opposing counsel to understand a simple term stated in the contract, in plain Eng...lish! Are you kidding me?

Better suited for a career in used car sales

She is confident when she tries to get your business. She is incompetent in a trial and it seems that she did not or/and could not even do the basic preparation for her client. She is vicious when she chase after her client for her fees, after her disastrous failure. Keep in mind that she loses so b...adly that I have to pay the attorneys fee for guy I sued.
