Biography
Before establishing himself as a prominent attorney in the Bay Area, Mr. Manji worked for a large insurance defense firm in Orange County, CA. Working side by side with the partner of the firm, Mr. Manji was immersed in litigation, motion practice, and trials in construction defect and legal/medical malpractice cases.
Immediately after passing the bar, Mr. Manji was focused on consumer protection and litigated contract and tort claims on behalf of homeowners against the nation’s largest lending institutions including J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America.
Today, Mr. Manji represents numerous businesses in the Bay Area and provides a full array of legal services in business law. As an entrepreneur himself, Mr. Manji advises his clients in all matters pertaining to their business including matters of property rights, business formations, contract litigation, and statutory compliance. Mr. Manji has obtained successful results and judgments in both state and federal courts in California.
Mr. Manji has covered a wide spectrum of unique personal injury cases including vehicular accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. Priority is placed on obtaining the highest recovery for his clients while protecting the client’s interest throughout the process.
