    Eric represented a firm who was also a client of mine. I was involved in the preparation for the case and was able to see him perform. I was impressed with his ability to grasp the industry nuances and to zero in on key issues and matters that were important but not obvious.     Eric is honest, fair, reasonably priced and most of all skilled. He's the first person I think of when asked for a referral and would be the first person I would hire if I needed to litigate something myself. Some lawyers just want to settle, while others want to litigate everything to run up a fee. Then there's Mr. Medel, who I believe always tries to do what's in his clients' best interests.
