Highly recommend

I had an incredible experience working with Alain Kinaly at Kinaly Law. After my car accident, I did not know what steps I could take and what to do, but Alain really put my mind at ease and walked me through everything. At our first meeting, he was incredibly compassionate, patient, and knowle...dgeable. His first priority was getting the right care for me, since after my accident, I had various issues with my back and he referred me to incredible doctors. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process with me and was available any time for questions or concerns. His dedication for the case was clear throughout the time he worked with me. Thanks to his hard work, I received a settlement that exceeded my expectations. He handled all of the negotiations and always made sure to put my best interests first. He made it known that I was a priority and I cannot recommend him enough.

Above and Beyond

It is rare these days to find an attorney with such integrity while still so humble, answering his calling to serve people. In the unfortunate circumstances I endured I was forced to hire an attorney in order to ensure my medical bills would be covered due to an auto crash. I was referred to Mr. Kina...ly and from the initial conversation with him I haven’t had to worry about anything but my health. He is a godsend who truly cares and deeply empathizes with his clients, almost to a fault. Best advocate for you

After calling multiple law offices with no one interested in my case, one office referred me to Alain Kinaly. One call to Alain explaining my case and he took my case on the spot. Such a relief when I was fearing I would have no recourse to recover vet and medical bills. His knowledge, professionalis...m and compassion went a long way in helping my mental healing from the trauma I experienced. It took almost 2 long years to winning my case in court, but Alain was with me through the entire process. I can't thank him enough!!

Fortunate to have met Alain

Alain was my personal injury/car accident attorney for a case that ended up with the insurance companies settling for an amount greater than what I had anticipated. I suffered for over a year dealing with the effects of an accident that at times I wasn't sure I was going to fully recover from. You... wouldn't think by looking at the damage to my car that the effects would run that deep and for that long, but it wiped away my quality of life during that period. I was in pretty bad shape and in that type of situation while you're focusing on recovery, dealing with insurance companies is the last thing you want to think about. Fortunately for me, I met Alain shortly after my accident and he agreed to represent me. From then on to throughout the period of recovery he was communicating with the car insurance and health insurance companies to ensure my well-being was being put at the forefront. Again, he allowed me to focus on my physical recovery while he was putting in work dealing with all their typical bs. Well, after what seemed like a super long journey, the case came to a settlement. He checked with me multiple times to see that I was fully recovered physically and asked for the go-ahead to settle the case. I cannot thank Alain enough for all that he did - he was sympathetic to my struggles during my days of recovery and he really did fight for every last dollar on my behalf. He was open and transparent throughout the entire process and I believe he is a lawyer of the highest integrity. I will recommend him every chance I get.
