Fortunate to have met Alain

Alain was my personal injury/car accident attorney for a case that ended up with the insurance companies settling for an amount greater than what I had anticipated. I suffered for over a year dealing with the effects of an accident that at times I wasn't sure I was going to fully recover from. You... wouldn't think by looking at the damage to my car that the effects would run that deep and for that long, but it wiped away my quality of life during that period. I was in pretty bad shape and in that type of situation while you're focusing on recovery, dealing with insurance companies is the last thing you want to think about. Fortunately for me, I met Alain shortly after my accident and he agreed to represent me. From then on to throughout the period of recovery he was communicating with the car insurance and health insurance companies to ensure my well-being was being put at the forefront. Again, he allowed me to focus on my physical recovery while he was putting in work dealing with all their typical bs. Well, after what seemed like a super long journey, the case came to a settlement. He checked with me multiple times to see that I was fully recovered physically and asked for the go-ahead to settle the case. I cannot thank Alain enough for all that he did - he was sympathetic to my struggles during my days of recovery and he really did fight for every last dollar on my behalf. He was open and transparent throughout the entire process and I believe he is a lawyer of the highest integrity. I will recommend him every chance I get.

We were so lucky to have our chiropractor, Dr. Bryenton refer us to Attorney Alain! From introduction, he has gone over and beyond to care for my daughter and I regarding our car accident case. Although our case was tricky because of the delay in reaching out to an attorney and seeking medical ca...re, Attorney Alain was extremely diligent in covering all details and advocating for us. In our case, we were given an injury offer (from the at-fault insurance carrier) that was less the cost of the medical expenses. He challenged this injustice and made sure that my daughter and I received a settlement that was reasonable. Throughout the entire process, we've come to learn that Attorney Alain is extremely knowledgeable and navigates the legal system with ease, while genuinely showing such care and concern for his clients. After my case, I've reached out several times for guidance. He happily counsels me and connects me to resources/contacts appropriate for each situation.
