Highly recommend

I had an incredible experience working with Alain Kinaly at Kinaly Law. After my car accident, I did not know what steps I could take and what to do, but Alain really put my mind at ease and walked me through everything. At our first meeting, he was incredibly compassionate, patient, and knowle...dgeable. His first priority was getting the right care for me, since after my accident, I had various issues with my back and he referred me to incredible doctors. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process with me and was available any time for questions or concerns. His dedication for the case was clear throughout the time he worked with me. Thanks to his hard work, I received a settlement that exceeded my expectations. He handled all of the negotiations and always made sure to put my best interests first. He made it known that I was a priority and I cannot recommend him enough.

Fortunate to have met Alain

Alain was my personal injury/car accident attorney for a case that ended up with the insurance companies settling for an amount greater than what I had anticipated. I suffered for over a year dealing with the effects of an accident that at times I wasn't sure I was going to fully recover from. You... wouldn't think by looking at the damage to my car that the effects would run that deep and for that long, but it wiped away my quality of life during that period. I was in pretty bad shape and in that type of situation while you're focusing on recovery, dealing with insurance companies is the last thing you want to think about. Fortunately for me, I met Alain shortly after my accident and he agreed to represent me. From then on to throughout the period of recovery he was communicating with the car insurance and health insurance companies to ensure my well-being was being put at the forefront. Again, he allowed me to focus on my physical recovery while he was putting in work dealing with all their typical bs. Well, after what seemed like a super long journey, the case came to a settlement. He checked with me multiple times to see that I was fully recovered physically and asked for the go-ahead to settle the case. I cannot thank Alain enough for all that he did - he was sympathetic to my struggles during my days of recovery and he really did fight for every last dollar on my behalf. He was open and transparent throughout the entire process and I believe he is a lawyer of the highest integrity. I will recommend him every chance I get.

Exceptional representation from Mr. Kinaly. Very satisfied

I was rear-ended at a traffic light, and hired an attorney to help resolve the case (before I had known about Mr. Kinaly's services). My car was damaged and I suffered some back pain. What should've been a cut-and-dried auto accident claim ballooned into a nightmare as my own insurance company tried ...to hold out on some of the repairs to my vehicle when I filed a first-party property claim, which as a result sat at the shop for months, awaiting these repairs. The attorney I hired was difficult to reach, and so without much resolve to handle the situation, my case seemed to grind to a halt. I went so far as to file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner, but without much luck. That's when I retained Mr. Kinaly's services, who I was made aware of via word-of-mouth. Mr. Kinaly was on the ball from day one, keeping me up to speed on every aspect of the case as it progressed, and was available to answer any questions I had, and presenting all the available options to me. After a short time he was able to reach a generous settlement, which I was more than pleased with. I never once felt like he took his foot off the pedal, or was trying to play phone-tag with me. He was up front about everything, and exemplified exactly what is to be expected in handling a case. I would not hesitate to contact him again if I need representation. Highly highly recommended.

Alain did an outstanding job on my wife's injury case. He met with us almost immediately and was very personable and professional. He took care of everything and showed great concern with my wife's recovery. He followed up with her progress as well as the progress of the case throughout. He was very... reassuring that he would take care of everything, which he did. Alain got us a very fair settlement. Although it is never a good experience to be involved in any type of accident, he really helped ease the pain of suffering by doing such a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to any friend who would be unfortunate enough to be in an accident.
