Highly recommend

I had an incredible experience working with Alain Kinaly at Kinaly Law. After my car accident, I did not know what steps I could take and what to do, but Alain really put my mind at ease and walked me through everything. At our first meeting, he was incredibly compassionate, patient, and knowle...dgeable. His first priority was getting the right care for me, since after my accident, I had various issues with my back and he referred me to incredible doctors. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process with me and was available any time for questions or concerns. His dedication for the case was clear throughout the time he worked with me. Thanks to his hard work, I received a settlement that exceeded my expectations. He handled all of the negotiations and always made sure to put my best interests first. He made it known that I was a priority and I cannot recommend him enough.

Fortunate to have met Alain

Alain was my personal injury/car accident attorney for a case that ended up with the insurance companies settling for an amount greater than what I had anticipated. I suffered for over a year dealing with the effects of an accident that at times I wasn't sure I was going to fully recover from. You... wouldn't think by looking at the damage to my car that the effects would run that deep and for that long, but it wiped away my quality of life during that period. I was in pretty bad shape and in that type of situation while you're focusing on recovery, dealing with insurance companies is the last thing you want to think about. Fortunately for me, I met Alain shortly after my accident and he agreed to represent me. From then on to throughout the period of recovery he was communicating with the car insurance and health insurance companies to ensure my well-being was being put at the forefront. Again, he allowed me to focus on my physical recovery while he was putting in work dealing with all their typical bs. Well, after what seemed like a super long journey, the case came to a settlement. He checked with me multiple times to see that I was fully recovered physically and asked for the go-ahead to settle the case. I cannot thank Alain enough for all that he did - he was sympathetic to my struggles during my days of recovery and he really did fight for every last dollar on my behalf. He was open and transparent throughout the entire process and I believe he is a lawyer of the highest integrity. I will recommend him every chance I get.

My Hero

When I was referred to Alain I was in a seemingly terrible, no win ordeal with one of the worst auto insurance companies [rhymes with geico]... and thee worst adjuster in the world. Keep in mind, I got hit! I tried to battle this on my own and it got way outta hand. I was down to the last possi...ble minute on tha statute of limitations and I really thought I was out of time, money n luck to recoup my medical expenses I paid out and more. Somehow I got referred to Alain and he saved my faith in all things legal. I cant say how wonderful and patient this man is. He not only won my case, he exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I would strongly recommend Alain Kinaly to get the job done!

Car Accident

I have so much to thank Alain for! I had trouble finding an attorney to take on my complicated car accident case. I was referred to Alain by another attorney and took my case head on. Potential food poisoning

I don’t even know where to start. I found Mr.Kinaly on google, I had received some calls from an agent that I frankly had no idea how to answer. Mr.Kinaly from day one told me he would take care of everything and I never heard from the agent again. Mr.Kinaly, I believe went way over and beyond to get... me what I wanted even what a lot of people might consider the impossible. I was adamant on getting an apology from the other party which is something they simply don’t just do. Well!!! I wish I could post a picture here because Mr.Kinaly not only got my son and I compensation, he also got me a written apology!! And that was way more than I had expected! He was always very professional, and I even felt at times he deserved more, way more than what his fee ended up being. He made my experience just perfect! So easy! Like I said I simply don’t have enough words to express how thankful and blessed I feel to have found him. If I ever need an attorney again he will without any hesitation be the one I turn to! I know I’ve told him many times but I cannot say it enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR.KINALY!!!
