Replied last May 24, 2021Mr. Leak, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we cannot accept representation for many people who contact our office as we cannot help everyone. We get thousands of calls each year and we do our best helping as many people as we can. Moreover, many people who contact us simply don't have a case (or the law wasn't broken in a way that justifies taking legal action with a private attorney). I agree that many people who cannot find a lawyer can benefit from receiving help from local organizations, the DFEH, or the Labor Board. Those are good options for people who cannot find a lawyer. With that said, I have no idea what you're talking about with respect to "financial bribes" or "sponsors." Yes, I release YouTube videos and I and put them online so people can learn about employment law for free. I organize and explaining legal information. That is my way of trying to help more people. Those videos are not legal advice. Yes, YouTube is a marketing tool that I use, but it certainly should be interpreted to say that I will accept anyone as a client who calls my office.
