Joe and his paralegal Lisa worked hard for me from day one, my divorce wasn't the most pleasant or amicable but every question or oncern I had was met with understanding and answered quickly and professionally. My ex wife attempted to have a restraining order issued against me. In court, Mr. Camarata was relentless in attacking the opposition. Sadly, I've been in court with my ex wife numerous times. I haven't seen a lawyer so aggressively go after my accuser, or her lawyer. He never gave them time... to breathe. While my ex wife was on the stand, he successfully objected to virtually EVERY question her lawyer asked her. When he cross examined her, he completely picked apart their case. I ALMOST felt sorry for her. He turned up the heat on her so much that soon enough, she was unable to respond to simple, straight, "yes or no" questions without talking for several minutes. He even managed to make an objection to an answer that my ex wife tried to give to a question he asked. When her lawyer complained to the judge, in a feeble effort to make it appear as if he was objecting to his own question, rather than the answer, the judge himself explained to her, step by step, that she was incorrect. He sustained Mr. Camarata's objection. By the end of his questioning, my ex wife, who began with an arrogant posture, had taken on a blank, glassy eyed, deer caught in the headlights, expression. Having been thoroughly outclassed and out fought, the opposition resorted to underhanded tactics. They tried to have undisclosed bits of trivial evidence admitted at the last moment, in an apparent attempt to keep him off balance. He didn't miss a beat, and got the judge to reject it every time. They also tried to force my son's therapist to be a witness against me, even going so far as to say that the therapist herself, was threatened by me. He was quickly able to uncover the truth. He not only showed that she wasn't threatened by me, but that she did not appreciate the opposition's lack of honesty. All my wife's lawyer could do after that, was take cheap shots, like complain that Mr. Camarata didn't stand up when addressing the court. The judge shot that down as well, explaining to her that it's not done in his court. In the end she could only mutter complain under her breath. The reason my son's therapist was even in the picture, was because the attempt at the restraining order was initially designed for my son. The judge already implied he would reject it, so the opposition tried to change things in the middle of the fight, by saying it was my ex wife who supposedly needed protection. Although I was ready and willing to take the stand in my defense, Mr. Camarata was able to get the case dismissed after my ex wife came down from the stand. As for his paralegal, Lisa Mora, she is very professional and caring. She was always there for me to provide help and quick answers to all of my questions and problems. They both have my highest recommendation.

Both Mr. Camarata and his paralegal Lisa did a phenomenal job for me on my case .My case was very difficult and they spent many hours reviewing my case to make sure I had the best possible outcome in the end.
