A member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Stephen earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, and is a board certified specialist in Criminal Law recognized by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
