Very helpful on a Sunday night

On a Sunday night we were told of a court action involving our grandson was scheduled for Wednesday, only three days away. Mr. Camarata was extremely helpful in answering questions and providing advice.

EXCELLENT LEGAL PRACTICE

Mr. Camarata and dedicated, trustful staff are knowledgeable, dedicated, and consoling on my personal legal issue. The team lifted all doubt or any ambiguity throughout my process with them. The team's legal depth brought much needed comfort in time of need.

Amazing service. Friendly and supportive great advice and representation.

Joe and Lisa make an amazing team. I had a rough divorce and had a hostile relationship with my soon to be ex wife. Joe showed up in court and guided me through the whole process from the restraining order through the visitation and custody hearings Joe fought for my interests and got me the best out...come possible. When it came time to settle our marital propert and debts. Lisa sat my ex and myself down, explained the whole process and made sure that everything ws clear and my interests were represented. She convinced my ex to accept the proposed settlement, with only a few changes to property division that were acceptable to both of us and completed a process I was sure would take days in only a few hours. I strongly recommend Camarata law for your divorce needs. They will take good care of you.

Camarata Demonstrated Honesty, Integrity, Success

After working with several attorneys, I hired Joseph Camarata to represent me and my wife in our child support case. Mr. Camarata's professionalism and knowledge in family matters convinced me I found the right attorney. I hired him and his experienced paralegal assistant Lisa. Throughout the he...aring preparation, Lisa was always extremely organized and very knowledgeable about family law so we were aware of how things would impact our case during all phases of the issue. Mr. Camarata presented the facts with confidence. He asked our permission to negotiate a settlement with my wife’s ex who has been difficult from the very beginning. Mr. Camarata developed a solution which ended this nightmare with acceptable terms. This ended a two year battle and my wife and I were pleased with the fact that it was over without having to compromise our position. My wife and I were very grateful the fees for this matter were very reasonable. Mr. Camarata did not prolong our case with unnecessary delays. We both felt we received the sound advice and the best representation. We truly feel stronger knowing we had Mr. Camarata and Lisa on our side! Feeling heard and respected is hard to find. We were both happy to have Camarata Law Firm on our side. They treat us like friends. We strongly recommend this law firm.

Best Legal Team and Advice

When I was desperate for some legal advice regarding a divorce, I called 20 different lawyers on a Sunday afternoon leaving messages. One hour later I received a phone call from one of Joseph's team members whom spoke to me for almost an hour. I had an appointment the very next morning and got the an...swers I needed right away. Joseph was very imformative and supportive by explainging in detail the legal process and steps that are necessary, also giving me a clear understanding of my rights. After our meeting I was in touch with his legal secretary, Lisa, whom is also very informative and supportive of my situation. They made me feel very comfortable and confident within my legal issues. I would highly recomemend this legal team to anyone who needs support, understanding, and easy access to a lawyer. Thank you Joseph Camarata!
