Not recommending. After the initial consulting via phone, he asked for a lot of information from me. I gathered the information and forwarded it to him via email. He never got back to me. Neither by email, nor by phone, or any responses to my text messages to see whether he would assist me or if he n...eeded any additional information. I followed up a few times .. but he continued ignoring! That is so unprofessional and far from standard care and business ethics.

I’d give Mr. Monge a zero rating if I could. I hired him a few months ago to handle my divorce paperwork and he botched everything from the beginning. He filed everything late, gave me incorrect information and wouldn’t return my calls. Then, to top it off, he would speak to me very condescendingly w...hen I asked him for information about my case. I finally filed for a substitution of attorney and FIRED this guy because he was completely incompetent. Now reading a few of the other reviews, it sounds about par for his mediocre work. I regret not reading these reviews before I hired him and saving me a huge mistake. Stay away from Monge if you have a family law issue. He has NO IDEA what he’s doing!

I regret hiring Mr. Monge for my divorce since paperwork was constantly being returned by the court because of missing documentation or paperwork not being filled out correctly. Two stressful years passed not because of my ex-husband but because of Mr. Monge’s disorganization. He wouldn’t respond to ...me in a timely manner so I took the initiative to get information from the court myself. I finally decided to do a substitution of attorney, my new lawyer redid all the paperwork and was divorced in a month.
