Although currently located in Temecula, we have been serving California residents all over the State since 2013. Our firm focuses on representing consumers facing employment law related issues, as well as inaccurate credit reporting, debt collection harassment, and mortgage servicing violations.
We charge no upfront fees. We also assist individuals in filing a claim with the California Labor Board, as well as obtain compensation for various other labor law related violations. We accept such cases on a contingency basis, which means we don’t get paid unless we get compensation for our clients.
Mr. Hartman believes that every single person entering the court system-no matter the case or legal issue involved-needs the best representation possible. Mr. Hartman will assist every client by navigating through the complicated Rules of Evidence in both State and Federal Courts, and will fully research every legal issue and file every motion possible in an effort to obtain the best result possible for each of his clients.
Having gained invaluable courtroom experience as a Deputy Public Defender for the County of Riverside from 2008-2012, Mr. Hartman has completed over 32 jury trials to date, and takes great pride in his legal research and persuasive writing abilities.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice cum laude from Bowling Green State University; his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law; and then then the advanced and distinguished Master of Laws Degree in Criminal Law from the University of San Diego, Mr. Hartman was then sworn to practice law in the State of California and is licensed to practice in all Federal Courts with jurisdiction in the State of California as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Hartman has been published for his research on Fourth Amendment issues involving High School students, and was also the recipient of the Charles Auerbach Outstanding Student in Evidence Award for his excellent work in the application of the Rules of Evidence in litigation. His courtroom experience and litigation has recently awarded him an invitation into the prestigious association National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40, reserved for the top 40 trial lawyers in each region under 40 years old who focus on criminal defense and plaintiffs' civil rights. This is an invitation only association, and is very honorable. ()
