Currently I practice criminal defense in all southern California Superior Courts including Murrieta, Riverside, Banning, Vista, San Diego, Indio, Rancho Cucamonga, Fullerton and others. I represent clients charged with all levels of misdemeanor and felony offenses including DUI, domestic violence, theft, assault, battery, drugs, violent crimes, sex crimes, gang allegations, homicides, and  Violations of Probation. I also represent clients at the Department of Motor Vehicles. My fees are negotiable and we have a payment plan. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER credit cards. Special Programs: Attorney Whelton regularly represents criminal defendants in Mental Health Court, Veterans Court and Drug Court.  He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Collaborative Courts which administer each of these programs in the Superior Court system.
