He refused to defend me, a disabled student and handicap vet accused by corrupt school officers of threatening, harassing the school and illegal marijuana cultivation. I told him my doctor gave me a full oral recommendation to smoke but he does not call my doctor in or defend me as legal to smoke an...d grow seeing I have a Ca doctors recommendation from 2000 and I was busted in 2007. The DA said, it is not legal if there is not a written RX and the Judge agreed, so he agreed, he would not defend or investigate the issue and I lost in court, it was overturned by the appeals court as that he was not any competent lawyer and ordered the court to vacate the conviction or retry it. Since I have the statement of my doctor saying he has recommended I smoke marijuana from 2000, they have no way to retry me. I am innocent. He failed to defend my free speech rights and I had to plea bargain to the charge of a reduced to misdemeanor threat charge after being convicted of the marijuana and a misdemeanor harassment charge that concerned the same so called threat. The harassment charge was overturned by the appeals court as, not guilty. It had said I harassed the school by the use of my pc and phone in the supposed threat I had made on the web. This was then said to be no threat and not harassment. It is crazy that I have a conviction I had to plea bargain to on the misdemeanor threat when the said threat is ruled to me no threat in the overturned harassment misdemeanor charge. This lawyer only serves the court and Prosecution, he will not make waves in any defense and has no care of his profession as he described his life as being one of over indulgence in booze and the boredom of his job. He is worthless and just does what the court asks and goes along with the D.A. in general. He is like a puppet for them to use to screw people like me and others they seek to screw over. I was jailed over a year and my character greatly defamed. I tried to have him removed as my lawyer but the court denied me. The police who busted me were corrupt and conspired with a corrupt Judge named Rodney Walker former Riverside County Judge, the Chief of the Mount San Jacinto Police was even prosecuted on corruption and got a year federal and probation for 3 years thereafter. I cannot get him to help me with the continued court/probation/fine problems, but the appeals lawyer won the appeals of both convicted charges as one in full not guilty and one to vacate with or without retrial aka retrial they cant press by law 422 ca pot laws. This lawyer is the worse that Riverside County could provide me to defend me.
