ABOUT US:
When we say our firm strives to be a different kind of law firm, it is more than just a slogan. We sincerely aim to build strong and positive relationships with our clients. We want to be the firm you rely on today and for years to come. The firm was founded by Timothy Combs, Esq. and is operated under his direct management. Mr. Combs has an impressive legal resume and excelled throughout his undergraduate and Graduate education.
As an undergraduate, he was involved in many extra curricular academic activities and was the Vice President of the Gamma Rho chapter of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society, Alpha Phi Sigma. In 1998, he graduated with honors and received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Immediately thereafter, he embarked on his law school career, enrolling in the full time day program at the prestigious Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. There he excelled in many subjects, earning top honors on more than one occasion. During his studies at Loyola, Mr. Combs worked in several capacities, including: at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, as a Law Professor’s Research Assistant, and he also provided pro-bono services for Legal Aide of Orange County. In 2001, Tim received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola, graduating in the top of his class. Throughout his education, Mr. Combs worked very hard both inside and outside of school. He even started and ran his own business, revealing a world of knowledge about the business world and the needs of business owners and their clients. Now, as licensed practitioner of law and a member of both the State and Federal Bars, Mr. Combs applies his years of life experience and academic learning diligently on behalf of his clients.
Since its inception, our firm has strived to provide superior counsel and representation for our clients. We represent a diverse client base which focuses on helping people with Personal Injury matters, and those in financial distress or uncertainty. We offer full service representation of individuals individual California personal injury plaintiffs, as well as clients seeking Federal Bankruptcy Relief. Mr. Combs is proud to be a member, in good standing, of NACBA, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. NACBA is the only national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy. The bottom line is, no matter what walk of life our clients come from, we have zealously advocated on their behalf. Our clients receive the dignity, respect, and care that our firm has become known for providing.
