Dedicated, hardworking, dependable and honest

During my time of hopelessness, Bill guided me every step of the process. He never gave up and was so patient with me. My divorce was a courtroom nightmare and because of his knowledge and experience with the system, I was able to come out of it with the best possible outcome. Straight Shooter - Tells it like it is

Bill handled my case and was completely honest about what to expect. No sugar coating - straight talk. I have seen lawyers that seem to continue the conflict so they can increase billable hours - NOT Bill. He worked at every turn to look at the best scenario to bring the case to resolve with the l...east court time and conflict. This does not mean he was a pushover by any means!! He fought aggressively and knew the law. He was prepared to take the issues to trial – which put tremendous pressure on the opposition to settle the case. If you want NO BS, Straight talk, solid advice, and integrity – You cannot go wrong with Bill Bratton.

Call him first!

This is a man, that upon sitting across the desk from him the first time- you will know he means business. He doesn't waste his time with fancy anything. Sit down, tell the story, get it straight from him. Even if you've made mistakes, even if $hit is hitting the fan. I've literally called him f...rom the courtroom and told him to please come and save my child when it appeared the judge was giving custody to an abusive parent. He handled my divorce, and initial custody/visitation. Then I made a huge mistake by not calling him for some bumps in the road. I was stupid, and thought that because I hadn't followed his complete advice the first time out, that he wouldn't want to hear from me again. I was wrong of course, and those bumps turned into mountains. You'd better believe that when those mountains were in front of me- he is the ONLY attorney that I could think of calling. I trusted him in my most frightened moment, and he came through. He came through many times. He knows the laws, he knows the courts, and he knows how to help you navigate through it all. My child turned 18 in January. Yet, I called him again today. More much needed advice, from a trusted friend, to let me know that even though the "other" party is rearing their ugly head for one last hurrah, we are safe. We have nothing what-so-ever to be concerned about, and he is simply a call away to solve anything, should the need arise. I trust him. I recommend him. I would tell those closest to me to call only him. At the very least, just call him. I know only two things for certain. 1. When I've called, I've been able to deal with things effectively. 2. When I haven't called, I've been sorry.

Professional, Courteous, Caring Service and Outstanding Staff

In 2013 I was in need of an attorney and wanted someone who would walk me through the process, explain the procedures and keep me informed of case progress, while treating me as an intelligent human being. After reading some reviews I opted to pay a small fee and met with Mr. William Bratton. Durin...g this meeting he reviewed my case with me and explained several options for proceeding. I left the meeting knowing that Mr. Bratton was exactly the attorney I was looking for. His depth of knowledge is exceptional, his experience is vast, and his integrity impeccable. Although my case was relatively small compared to some I was always treated as an important client. Mr. Bratton and his staff kept me informed of progress in my case in a very timely matter and I never had to question what was happening. When I did have questions pertaining to procedures or portions of particular documents Mr. Bratton always took the time to explain them in detail and made sure I completely understood his answers. Before retaining Mr. Bratton I had interviewed 5 other local attorneys in Riverside and Corona and another from Orange County. All were pleasant to speak with and told me what I wanted to hear. Mr. Bratton was different. Although pleasant to speak with, he told me what the reality of the situation was and what was possible and most likely for an outcome. I recognized immediately that he was someone I could trust, that would be completely honest and up-front and not just tell me what I wanted to hear. This was a refreshing approach because there was never a big build up followed by a larger let down. Mr. Bratton’s knowledge of the law and his familiarity with the Riverside Court system paved the way for me to know exactly what to expect and all of his advice and direction were right on target. This meant no surprises, no let downs, just good solid results. As for the outcome of my case, did I get everything I wanted? Of course not, I doubt anyone ever does. However, due to Mr. Bratton’s efforts I was awarded a fair and just settlement that I am happy with and I know without question that no other attorney would have worked harder or obtained a better outcome for me. If I had it to do over again I wouldn’t bother interviewing other attorneys, I’d go straight to the best and see Mr. Bratton. I hope this review helps some of you that like me, are looking for integrity, honesty, an incredible work ethic and someone who will treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve. Thank you Bill for making the process go quickly and smoothly, it was a pleasure working with you! Special thanks too to your assistant, Corinne, who was awesome to work with.

Fights for clients

Mr. Bratton is very aggresive but in a professional manner. His service and knowledge of family law is impeccable. He is well know and respected by judges and the court's personel. This is very iimportant when wanting to win your case. He will fight for what is fair and for your needs. I am unabl...e to work and I had no fight left in me after already fighting for a year with my exhusband. My exhusband wanted to pay next to nothing for spousal support knowing that I was unable to work. Mr. Bratton made sure that I got the support I needed to enable me to get back on my feet again. Mr. Bratton step right in and didn't allow me to give up. I am so grateful for all his help and strenght during this very difficult time. I highly reccommend Mr. Bratton and encourage anyone who is needing a divorce lawyer to go straight to him and not to look any further. Mr. Brattons fees are very competitive and well worth the cost.
