No more sleepless nights......

Bill and his team were beyond professional and were finally able to put my divorce behind me. My situation was unique as I was dealing with an ex who was self-employed, no need to further elaborate on that. Bill and his team dug in and worked amicably with opposing counsel to present a settlement ...so that I could move on with my life. They were ALWAYS responsive, timely and best yet, encouraging, especially during moments when I had lost all confidence. If your are looking for professionalism, honesty and someone who truly cares about their clients, I recommend Bratton & Razo.... Bill is top quality!

Perfect right hand man in court!!!!

Bill was an absolute savior in helping me gain full custody of my children. I had already had 2 lawyers prior who were completely unsuccessful at getting me even a fair custody agreement to my kids. Bill came highly highly referred to me from a client of mine so I took my last attempt at using a firm... to represent me. Mr Bratton was beyond professional and gave me hope that I had a chance at winning my case. He is always prompt at returning phone calls, always on time to meetings and court, and was very informative on all the paper work that I needed to fill out and all of the info he needed to complete my case successfully!! He is straight forward which is a characteristic I think many lawyers lack but need as to not give false hope to their clients. I knew from our first consult that Mr Bratton was the best thing that was going to happen to my fight in court.

First Class Support

I hired Mr. Bratton after doing an extensive search of online customer reviews in the Riverside county. His reputation seemed like no other. Mr. Bratton and his team were very thorough in listening, understanding, documenting and learning about my case. Trades that were key throughout the length and... process of it. His tenure in the business was also a huge factor that weighed into all of them, as he looked at every situation from all angles making sure there were no "black holes" in the process. Mr. Bratton also made sure to tend to appointments, return calls and e-mails in a timely manner. I certainly felt at ease knowing that he "had my back" at all times.

A true co-parenting attorney who will look out for you and your child's best interest

I hired Mr. Bratton (Bill) in June 2015 to represent me in a very contentious separation/divorce that involved multiple variables stemming from asset distribution, business separation negotiation, retirement division, stipulation orders and the most important of all, child and custody agreements with... arrangements. Bill continues to be my attorney today as we explore and sometimes have to fight multiple areas of conflict between my former spouse and I. Although I admit to not being the easiest client to work with, Bill does an excellent job of talking me down from my emotional, subjective approach to issues and giving me his un-biased, objective, co-parenting approach that puts my daughter first and what will potentially be the recommendation of the court. His advice in these matters has no doubt saved me thousands in court costs as well as lawyer fees. His experience with the Family Court System based on the issues that I have brought to his attention has been spot-on. Bill is very direct and upfront with regards to behaviors with a former spouse and actions of a co-parent. Bill truly believes that the child(ren) should be the priority and will aggressively fight for the fair and equitable timeshare you deserve. Bill and his office team of professionals has been very receptive to my case. They have always answered and returned phone calls in a timely manner, exercising the highest degree of customer service. His office staff answer all questions without judgement, sometimes last minute. Bill is an extremely FAIR biller. Charges are rendered for professional services provided but not overly billed for frivolous things. Bill does not do contempt cases against your former spouse for multiple reasons and shares his beliefs why; mainly as it’s not good for the co-parents, which I can respect. Bill is an excellent choice for a co-parenting attorney who will put the needs of you and your child first. If you are looking for an attorney that will aggressively fight for you and your child(ren) then consider Bill Bratton’s Office. I don’t look forward to the long road ahead I have with my former spouse but I take peace of mind knowing that I have the expertise of Bill Bratton and his office to lead the way when my child and I need them the most.

Just Make Sure You Begin the Process Educated

Mr. Bratton was highly recommended and I felt I positive that my case would be handled and my rights protected. Instead, after 2 years, I was no closer to my divorce than the day he was hired. I had to send email after email to get answers as to why there was zero progress, why the only thing filed... with the court was the divorce summons, why I didn't have a temporary spousal support order, what was I even entitled to under the Community Property laws, what are we asking for and why discovery has never happened? I requested subpoenas to go out - which should have been an automatic if discovery isn't being turned over -. (there were also other court docs which could have gotten us the information), but in any event, I am not the attorney, I shouldn't have been the one to give ideas as to acquiring the information that is being withheld. I was even sent information meant for my spouse to my home because I was told they didn't have his home address. Well, it's been 2 years, you've mail him, spoke with him multiple times and supplied him with paperwork. Once the vital asset information came via the subpoenas, it was never discussed, or brought to the attention of my ex about his withholding/hiding community property. Now the retainer is gone, my credit cards are maxed out, I had to ask the office NOT to contact me unless we had court date, an offer, just something of substance to get us into court because I couldn't afford to answer questions at the astronomical hourly rate if nothing was going to be done. Oh, on a side note, once I was able to access my case, I saw there were multiple court dates where no one appeared, yet it was never discussed with me. So, after being financially destroyed, receiving monthly bills from Bratton's office (with interest), no temporary spousal support order, no further in my divorce 2 years later, I said I was done. It was beyond disheartening to know that someone you thought you could trust really never cared about anything other than the retainer. I would warn every client to start the dissolution process by educating yourself on how the dissolution process it is supposed to flow and to be on top of your case. After all, it is your money that is being dwindled down with every call, every email, etc. I trusted the professionals that I paid to do the job that they are the experts in, yet they didn't. I took my case over as Pro Per and I accomplished more in 3 months, than the attorneys did in 3 years. That's shameful, really

My office NEVER misses scheduled court appearances. Additionally, I find it very suspicious that you put your name as ANONYMOUS.
