Honest representation

Bill Bratton became my attorney in 2012. I have and will continue to recommend his firm. Bill handled my divorce case with impeccable knowledge of family law. The Piece of mind is priceless

Bill and his team were amazing during my time with them as a client in family law court. My case has been ongoing and arduous for six long years, two attorneys, 13 continuances and endless court dates. When Bill came on board to assist me, he was firm but fair, friendly but not friends, and always, h...is utmost professional self. He was honest and direct with me, always keeping my child at the forefront of why we were returning to family law court time and time again. The staff was always pleasant, knew me as well as my case by name if I called with questions and very extremely organized. I have had other representation, where my case was just a number, and I was billed for other clients minutes, an error on the staff's account. Bill guided me with realistic expectations and walked through the tenuous and particular difficult logistics of my case with ease and confidence, that in turn put my mind at ease (as much as possible in these instances). I was referred to Bill by another professional in the field, and two layers later in a tense, high conflict custody situation, I was able to breathe easy (ier) knowing that Bill did care about what was best for my child. In my initial consultation, he was very up front and honest about the expectations of the case, based on the history, and where we could expect to end up. Along the way he always encouraged me to try and find resolution with my ex husband any chance possible, because that is what is best for our child. Bill and his team were always available to answer my questions, and even when Bill took a vacation, his partner counsel answered my call, familiarized himself with the case and stepped in for advice and counsel. I cannot begin to say enough about this team, because I have paid money to be poorly represented and now understand what good representation looks like. The Bratton Firm on every level represented client compassion, while remaining realistic, honest and gave expectations that could be counted on. There was no grand standing, just confidence in knowing the ins and outs of my personal case, understanding the law and representing me in a professional manner. I cannot say thank you enough, and hopefully will not need to, but will go back to Bill and his team, should the need arise.

The BEST to represent you!!!!

Looking for a competent trustworthy lawyer (yes, they do exist), then you need to call Bratton & Bratton. Bill Bratton first represented me in 2003. He explained each step as I walked through it which made me feel comfortable about the whole divorce process. I always felt he was on my side. In the en...d I received everything I was asking for and more. Last year when my ex-husband of 22 years didn't want to pay alimony any longer I had to rehire Mr Bratton. Once again, I received exactly what I wanted and my ex lost. Here I am again less than one year later and my ex just stopped paying alimony. Mr Bratton, even though he was no longer under retainer, answered my phone calls, gave me some advice how to handle the situation. He is fair, kind and VERY knowledgeable of Family Law. I have had a couple of friends also use him and they had the same result as I did. Divorce is not a fun thing to go though but I am so thankful I had Bill Bratton on my side!

Brilliant, Honest, Strait Forward Attorney

Words can not express the gratitude I have towards Bill. He has been my attorney for the past 4 years and has guided me through 2 cases. He is brutally honest and wants the best for his clients. He is personable and pays close attention to details. He is very comfortable in court and knows what he... is doing. His knowledge of the legal system, especially with family law, surpasses any attorney in Southern California. He guides you through the process of court and helps give you confidence in your case. He did an amazing job and his staff is sweet and courteous. I wouldn't look any further for an attorney. William Bratton is the only attorney I will ever hire.

William Bratton: A Wise Choice

It is with tremendous pleasure and without hesitation that I recommend William Bratton. After working with two prior family law attorneys, both of whom were an enormous disappointment to me, I was introduced to Mr. Bratton. My particular family law matter was complicated in many ways. When I met M...r. Bratton, I was despondent and exhausted by the years spent with incompetent legal representation and the labyrinth otherwise known as "Family Law Court." During our initial consultation, I immediately sensed that this man is very confidant in what he does, but in a humble sort of way. I did not feel rushed, and even more importantly, I left that first meeting knowing without reservation that this gentleman would work hard to represent me, while easing the enormous legal stress that going through a divorce entails. He did an outstanding job of consistently returning my phone calls and emails. He was never punitive in his delivery or explanation being that my background is not in law. His reasoning and approach to my case was explained to me in such a manner that I always felt that I was an integral part of the decision making process. Because I had confidence in him, I trusted his judgement which resulted in a very equitable outcome for me and my children. In addition, his office staff were very kind and responsive as well which also helped to ease the negative stressors of divorce. If you are in the initial stage of researching a family law attorney to represent you, or if you are frustrated with the results you are currently getting from your lawyer, I highly encourage you to consider William Bratton.
