Amazing Attorney

I was involved in a very lengthy and horrible custody battle with my Ex wife. I retained Mr. Bratton after a terrible experience with my first attorney. Mr. Bratton was very professional and represented me in a spectacular fashion. For those of you who've gone through this experience you know how str...essful it is. He was always there to talk me down, give me sound advice and keep me on track. The best part of all was that by the end of it all I was awarded primary custody of my children. I constantly recommend him to anyone that is preparing to go to family court.

Simply the best

Bill Bratton was my third ( and last ) attorney in a very long ( 3 years ) and highly contentious divorce. We spent around 2 1/2 yrs together and went to court a dozen times. My case was very complex but Bill was able to get me all that I wanted and deserved. He knew my case like the back of his han...d and was always prepared. When he spoke in court, everyone listened , even the judge and opposing councel. You could hear a pin drop !. He takes a personal interest in his clients cases and his prices were fair for the work he did. There is no one better !

Divorce or legal separation is serious hire the best, Mr. Bratton

Mr. Bratton helped me get through a legal separation and ultimately divorce. I had special circumstances surrounding my divorce and unfortunately it took 4 years to finalize. This was only due to the other party and my life circumstances. Mr. Bratton was professional and always responded to my emails... with a return email and or personal phone call in a very timely matter. He explained legal wording in layman's terms. He never dictated what to do yet gave choices and explained the outcome to me. I would highly recommend him as a divorce attorney. I was very fortunate to found him from a friend who is a divorce attorney. I asked my friend "who would you use if you wanted the best in Riverside?" She said, "Bill Bratton". She was right. Mr. Bratton and his entire office were very kind, professional and compassionate. Anyone going through a legal separation or divorce knows how difficult of a time it can be. If I can give you one piece of advice, that would be to listen to him and take his advice. I made the mistake of initially doing it my way and ultimately that cost me time and money. I should have listened to him from the start. Trust him, he knows his job and try to leave the emotions out of it.

I Highly Recommend Bill Bratton for Matters of Family Law

Bill Bratton was recommended to me to assist in my divorce by a friend who also was very pleased with his services. I hired Mr. Bratton to represent me in my divorce. He did an excellent job explaining the process, time line, cost, and probable outcome. He kept the file moving and was timely i...n filing, negotiating and responding to my questions and requests. He told me that he was not interested in "running up my bill" but rather in getting the job done in a timely manner and the most cost effective manner possible. He recommended other attorneys that my then former spouse could consult that were easy to work with and also that were like minded in getting the job done and in not charging exorbitant fees. Mr. Bratton told me that my divorce would probably take between nine months and 18 months. It took 15 months. The final bill was reasonable. Mr. Bratton negotiated a fair division of assets and a reasonable alimony settlement. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend his services in family law matters.

A true co-parenting attorney who will look out for you and your child's best interest

I hired Mr. Bratton (Bill) in June 2015 to represent me in a very contentious separation/divorce that involved multiple variables stemming from asset distribution, business separation negotiation, retirement division, stipulation orders and the most important of all, child and custody agreements with... arrangements. Bill continues to be my attorney today as we explore and sometimes have to fight multiple areas of conflict between my former spouse and I. Although I admit to not being the easiest client to work with, Bill does an excellent job of talking me down from my emotional, subjective approach to issues and giving me his un-biased, objective, co-parenting approach that puts my daughter first and what will potentially be the recommendation of the court. His advice in these matters has no doubt saved me thousands in court costs as well as lawyer fees. His experience with the Family Court System based on the issues that I have brought to his attention has been spot-on. Bill is very direct and upfront with regards to behaviors with a former spouse and actions of a co-parent. Bill truly believes that the child(ren) should be the priority and will aggressively fight for the fair and equitable timeshare you deserve. Bill and his office team of professionals has been very receptive to my case. They have always answered and returned phone calls in a timely manner, exercising the highest degree of customer service. His office staff answer all questions without judgement, sometimes last minute. Bill is an extremely FAIR biller. Charges are rendered for professional services provided but not overly billed for frivolous things. Bill does not do contempt cases against your former spouse for multiple reasons and shares his beliefs why; mainly as it’s not good for the co-parents, which I can respect. Bill is an excellent choice for a co-parenting attorney who will put the needs of you and your child first. If you are looking for an attorney that will aggressively fight for you and your child(ren) then consider Bill Bratton’s Office. I don’t look forward to the long road ahead I have with my former spouse but I take peace of mind knowing that I have the expertise of Bill Bratton and his office to lead the way when my child and I need them the most.
