I was admitted to practice before all California courts in 1976, Federal Court in 1977 and the United States Supreme Court in 1990. I graduated from Western State University, College of Law in 1976 with a BSL and JD in the top 8% of my class.
I enjoy family history and have traced some lines back to 165 BC. I married my wife Annette in 1962 and have 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
