I am writing this to praise my wonderful attorney-Stuart Steingraber. I have know him for more than 25 years as a personal friend basis but have not needed legal representation until recently. In July 2019, I found it necessary to file bankruptcy. I made an appointment with Mr. Steingraber for a con...sultation and then knew immediately that I wanted him to help me with the filing. My decision to file was very stressful to me, but Mr. Steingraber made everything much less stressful. He guided me through the whole process in a smooth, professional manner. He is so knowledgeable about everything. What I liked most about him was that whenever I called him with any of my many questions or concerns he was nearly always available "on the spot" or if not, he would return my call very promptly. Thanks to him, the whole process went quickly and smoothly. When it came time to have the courthouse appearance with my trustee, I was having a medical issue that limited my driving ability. Mr. Steingraber picked me up, drove me to the meeting and brought me back home. Besides all his qualifications, he makes an impressive appearance in the courtroom. I was proud to be with him there. I contacted Stuart Steingraber for a consultation and I was blown away! Not only was he quick to respond but he was very knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly and made everything easy to understand. He was also very professional and kind. One of the biggest things that impressed me w...as his responsiveness. I've had other attorneys for various matters in the past and sometimes I would have to wait several days to hear back from them; but not with Stuart! During the week that he worked with me, I couldn't believe how quickly he got back to my inquiries! 9/10 times I would call or send him an email, I had a response within 1 hour directly from Stuart! Long story short, Stuart Steingraber is not only an amazing attorney, he is also an amazing human being. He's caring, compassionate and understanding!! I cannot speak highly enough of him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone I know including my closest friends and family; and I would be confident in knowing they would be in good hands!!

Many years ago, I loaned a large sum of money ($50,000) to a friend. He refused to repay the money, so I hired an attorney, and sued him. I obtained a Judgment against the debtor, however he still refused to honor the debt, and repay me. I quickly learned that having a Judgment didn’t count for much,... as the courts won’t automatically help you collect the funds owed to you. So over the following 10 years, I contacted roughly 10 different attorneys, (mostly through LegalShield), and they provided absolutely no help, whatsoever.... I became very frustrated, and began to feel like the situation was hopeless. After 13 years had passed, and I had no apparent way to collect funds from the debtor, I became more desperate. I was concerned that the Judgment would expire, and that I would possibly, lose all of my rights to claim the money owed to me. I searched high and low for an attorney who could “think out of the box” and help me with the case. It seemed to me that the “profit margin” was too low for most attorneys to want to be bothered with the case. Ultimately, I did some research, talked to a lot of people related to my case, and developed a really good strategy and plan of action for getting money from this debtor. BUT, again, I needed a really good attorney to help me implement my plan. STUART STEINGRABER turned out to be that attorney. I happened to find him, online, at just the right moment in time. Unlike countless other attorneys, he listened long enough to hear the facts of the case, and my initial plan of action. He possessed the vision necessary to see that the plan could work. He accepted my case, and helped to strategically refine and redesign the plan, legally.... Then, over a period of 5 months, he implemented our combined plan, flawlessly. Consequently, TODAY (February 22, 2019).... I received the first payment from this debtor that I have received in 10 YEARS!!!!! VICTORY!!! What a great feeling!!! I wanted to wait until I had received some money, in hand, before writing this review—-because I knew that my appreciation would be at it’s highest point, on this special occasion. I would like to say that because of my unfortunate experience, at the hands of a so called “friend” ....I have major “trust issues”. Stuart has helped me begin to believe that there are good people in the world. First off, his fees for services, are more than reasonable...and not predatory. Secondly, He has also worked tirelessly—- even when the case has taken a few unexpected turns; requiring him to devote additional time, energy, effort, and work. He has been appropriately communicative, regularly providing me with frequent updates. He is detail oriented, and he provides a running account of all financial transactions (which have been minimal in my case, because Stuart is working on a contingency agreement). I stand to gain tens of thousands of dollars, as a result of Stuart’s legal assistance, (and so does he)... but I have also gained something that is intangible, and more valuable...namely, TRUST.... My case is not completely over, —-I have not collected every penny that is owed to me. However, we are well on our way, and we have achieved several key legal victories, in our fight to siege funds from my debtor, who has the money... I am very happy with the quality and quantity of work provided by Stuart Steingraber, and I would strongly recommend him to others who need a knowledgeable and experienced attorney; one who can listen, work collaboratively, think outside the box, adapt to unexpected changes, and seek outside consultation from colleagues, when needed to achieve maximum effectiveness/success. After making the difficult decision to file bankruptcy, I then had to find counsel. Mr. Steingraber excelled in all of my expectations.
