C L Farrell had a consultation with me on March 1, 2024. She was kowledgeable and kind. More than that, she provided me with information regarding the responsibility of the Trustee and the timeline for filing estate documents, tax returns, and notification of the proper agencies & beneficiaries, an...d much more. I was absolutely clueless and I'm sure there may be consequences for my lack of knowledge, but moving forward I will work to make things right. I was having difficulty with understanding my family trust and was being ignored by the family trustee. I simply went to the Sandoval group for advice because I didn't understand my rights as a beneficiary. I was referred to C.L Farrell by one of her associates and after explaining my concerns C.L to...ok on my case. She basically kept the guardrails up so that my brother, sister and I were not taking advantage of by other family members. She contacted the trust lawyer and explained his position.
