He was very professional and used a great strategy to get my ticket of driving more than 100 MPH dismissed. I was in my 1999 Ford 150 truck which has 190,000 miles driving between 65 and 70 mph (which 75 is the top speed of this truck) on the 10 FWY passing thru Banning, CA. Thank you for removing one Fat Monkey from my back! On 3/19/12 I was stopped for making a right turn on red. The Officer showed photos of ‘no right turn on red 3 to 6PM’ signs visible as I approached the intersection. I had dropped my guard and did not see the signs. The Officer pointed to the... Temecula Traffic Court phone number and said: call them, they will help you. I was not able to talk to a live person at the Court. I expected a fine of $400 or more and Traffic School. I followed instructions and was unable to gain any information about my case. On 4/21/12 I talked with a live person at Epay-it.com. I was told that Citation TE120790124 was not found. That it may take up to 3 weeks from the day a citation is issued before the law enforcement agency submits the information to the court. You will not be able to address your case using the internet until the information is entered into the court's case management system. My appearance date was 5/21/12. I needed an attorney. I know the rules for finding an attorney. Ask friends. Look for an attorney known to the Court. Go to Court and see your prospective attorney defend clients in Court. I Googled Temecula Traffic Court Attorney and found fees so low I knew I would send money and receive nothing in return and Schaffer T. Cormell. I called his office. Karina Cormell, Secretary to Shaffer Cormell accessed the Temecula Traffic Court computer and gained complete information on my case. She asked: do you wish to hire Schaffer Cormell? I replied absolutely yes and mailed a check. Karina sent an email saying she received a 60 day extension to July 23, 2012. Client background information can be helpful to an attorney. I emailed background information. Karina Cormell received an additional 30 day extension to August 20, 2012. On August 30 Josi Rehrig, Assistant to Shaffer Cormell, emailed: Your court trail has been set for November 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. On December 3, 2012, Paula L. Mangold, Assistant to Shaffer Cormell emailed: An appearance was made on your behalf on November 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Department T1 of the Temecula Superior Court for a court trial on your case. Count 1 was dismissed on your case in the interest of justice. Congratulations. Nine months was time very well spent. Now I can relax. Thank you for representing me!
