Born in Montreal, Canada, Miguel grew up enamoured with the American legal system, and the fact that everybody has legal rights that have to be protected by somebody. Miguel received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Having never lost sight of his dream of defending the rights of individuals, Mr. Valente enrolled at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego California. While in law school, Miguel was a competing member of his school’s mock trial team, as well as the community service chair of the school’s Bar Association.

Debt relief

I was referred to Miguel Valente by co-worker. He handled her Bankruptcy and was happy with his service. I called Miguel and had the opportunity to consult with him. He explained the process, encouraged me to shop around and gave me fees in writing. He promised fees would not increase, the fee was from start to finish. I had many questions, he assured me the law protected me and was I had rights. He protected my home, car and salary. I am satisfied with outcome of my case. I will recommend to others.
