Biography
My name is Oliver Pelly. I have lived in San Diego since 1994 and consider myself to be local and very much a part of the community.
I take every case seriously and represent each client with a goal of obtaining the best result possible for the client. My approach is to run the case while working with the client explaining the process as the case develops, informing the client of all options and letting the client choose which option he or she would like to exercise.
I have found that I keep in touch with many clients after representation as I open to doors to former clients and invite them to call me with any legal issues that may come up later. I don't charge former clients for helping with those types of issues. I believe this is the best way to run a successful business and maintain client relationships and friendships.
On a personal note, I have played sports my entire life and enjoy all contact sports. I work out daily, including running, weights and yoga.
