Lindsey F. Munyer

Lindsey F. Munyer is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C. based out of the San Francisco office. Lindsey joined Keystone after working at a probate litigation firm in San Diego. She has experience litigating trust and estate matters, as well as representing fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts. Lindsey has represented clients in a range of capacities including as trustees, beneficiaries, executors, creditors, heirs, conservators and conservatees. Lindsey also has a background in tax planning and tax controversy. While working towards her LL.M. in Taxation, Lindsey interned with the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel, where she successfully argued a tax deficiency case in Tax Court.

Lindsey’s knowledge of both the planning and drafting aspect of trusts and estates brings a unique perspective to the litigation department of Keystone and the clients she represents. Lindsey has also taken her experience outside the courtroom and taught as an adjunct professor of Trusts and Estates at Glendale University College of Law.
