Brian Keith Findley

BRIAN K. FINDLEY represents people in claims for serious personal injury, medical negligence, products liability and class actions. Brian’s litigation accomplishments include numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients, many of them injured infants or children, as well as being part of a team that achieved one of the largest wrongful death jury verdicts in California history.

Brian's recent honors include being named “Best of the Bar” in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice by the San Diego Business Journal (2014 and 2015), being selected as a top Young Attorney by the San Diego Daily Transcript (2013), and selection for membership in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers (2014).  Brian's work has helped his firm achieve the honor of being ranked one of the Best Law Firms in America by U.S. News and World Reports. 

Brian is Vice Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association, Law and Medicine Section. He is an active member of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, the San Diego chapter of the Lawyer's Club, and is an active barrister alumnus of the Louis M. Welsh American Inn of Court. Brian serves on the Board of Directors of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Alumni Association. Brian is a frequent speaker on legal issues to attorneys, consumers and members of the health care industry.  

Brian attended college and law school largely on merit-based scholarships. In 2003, Brian graduated with a double-major in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Georgia. In 2007, he received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review.  Brian is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
