Doug and his whole staff are amazing! I first called in when we became frustrated with our Audi E-Tron being in the shop for a few months. The staff made us feel more at ease and quickly started helping us get our Lemon Law case resolved. They do so many cases they knew exactly what, and how to get i...t done as quickly as possible. Doug Sohn is AMAZING!! I had a brand-new vehicle that had numerous issues and was always malfunctioning.
