I purchased a brand new 2023 Hyundai Sonata, and soon after, it started having serious issues—it would randomly shut off and crank strangely. I brought it into the dealership 13 times, but none of the technicians could duplicate or fix the problem. Frustrated and out of options, I was referred to Lemon Law of San Diego by a neighbor. After a consultation with Attorney Doug, I agreed to have him take on my case. He had me fill out a few forms detailing the issue, and from there, everything was incredibly easy. Where do we begin on such an outstanding job Doug did for us, from day one of owning the GMC Canyon we had nothing but problems and continued to get worse from being towed 4 times for the battery going dead to many electrical problems, even after taking to the dealership and having them attempt to re...pair nothing worked! I bought a new 2023 Kia Niro for my daughter. A few months later, the infotainment system would sporadically cut out or not work at all. In short, she did not have reliable access to maps or music.
